Default how to stop a duck hook?

I went out and played yesterday and i was having major problems on my drives. One hole i would hit a high slice and then I would change my grip to a little stronger and i would hit a duck hook. This seemed to be the common theme throughout my entire round. I also tended to pull all of my irons. Are there any ideas on what i am doing wrong?

Somewhere in the middle is the correct grip however; #1 make sure your shoulders are aimed a little bit right of your target. #2 keep the same grip for 9 holes, do not change it on every tee, you will not find the correct one. Let me know if this helps.
