Cool thin or fat shots

I tend to fold my right knee inward during the downswing instead of naturally allowing to fold after the club head comes in contact with the ball. Is there a drill that I can do to prevent it. I either hit the hit way behind the ball or scull the ball with the irons or with a driver hit under and send the ball jettison up or scull the ball sending it rolling with the driver digging a ditch in front of the tee.
Can be very embarrassing!

Make some swings from an uphill lie. When you swing the golf club uphill it is very difficult to move the right knee towards the golf ball.

Let me know if this helped.
