Angry Toe-ing pitch shots

Unlike shanking, I've had a problem of toeing the ball 90 degrees to the right when pitching....I hear the usual from my mates, your looking up etc......

Looking up has NOTHING to do with it. Stand one inch closer and swing to the right an inch or two in the downswing.
