At Top Of Back Swing

When top of the back swing , right elbow is folded do we need to tucked near to the body ?
I have try to tucked near body move, I have find that when I start down swing , my body is moving with
it .
It will open the shoulder and thus open to the target line .

It does not have to be Stuck to your body, but it should be close to your body.
