I have problems with my driver and woods. In some cases I made divots that were in front of the ball. My shots would go to the left and roll about 20 -30 yards. Any insights as to what might be going on? Note, this didn't happen with my irons. In fact, I hit them quite well.

The next time you go to the practice facility, make sure your right shoulder is two or three inches back behind your left shoulder. Now, this gets tricky, your shoulders should be aimed RIGHT of your target. Number two, your right arm MUST straighten out in the downswing before your right shoulder starts down.

So if my shoulders are aim right of the target, are my feet and hips point parallel left of the target? Is the ball placement the same, or does it change?

Keep feet aiming parallel left of target, ball back in stance an inch or two will help...

When I tried that with my shoulders, my left hip moved towards the target. Should I allow that to happen?
