This ingenious training aid helps keep you from shifting back in the backswing. This is a problem very common in weekend golfers. As they go into their backswing, they shift most of their weight onto their back leg moving their head, hips and body out of position for the downswing. This training aid wraps around your legs and keeps you from moving back in the backswing. Once you get the correct sensation and you no longer pull against the Power Leg Strap, you know you're not shifting to your back leg.

Power Leg Strap
The strap reinforced my positioning of my right leg and keeping it stable throughout the backswing. I was disappointed with where the velcro was attached as only 1 inch was biting when I had the strap on for a driver width stance.
