Pitching/Lob DVD
I recently purchased the pitching/lob DVD. To be honest I was just looking to fix my directional accuracy and hoped this would help. Well, it not only resolved that issue, it completely revolutionized my short game from 100 yards and in. Now I carry a laminated card with my distances recorded for each club at each swing stop. After determining the distance to the pin, I just pull out my card and nail the shot. My golfing buds are amazed. I played in a charity scramble this weekend and had to pitch for eagle on 4 long par 5's. On every single one everyone else would pitch and then the next comment would be,"Don't worry Todd will nail it." What a feeling! And the best part was, I did nail it every time, not for eagle but we had tap in Birds on each one. Can't thank you enough for how this has helped me. It has taken 5 and 8 strokes off my game. Since I've only played 3 time this year I not sure where I'll end but my last last two rounds were 77 and 74. Thanks again.

More difficult than it looks.
I purchased the Pitching DVD and went to the practice ground with high hopes. It looked so easy when Bobby did it. I was hopeless. I have put in an average of four hours a week on the practice ground for the past month and haven't improved on my first dismal efforts. Each shot goes wrong in a different way so I can't correct for any one problem. I top the ball, stab the ground behind, clip it off the toe or the heel or just plain miss it. I haven't tried it on the course yet; my foursomes partner (who is often my wife)would be very cross if I knock the ball into a bunker from three yards! I'll carry on for two more weeks and if there is no improvement then resign myself to using a putter to go around bunkers.
